Who's at the Door?

Knock. Peek. FLINCH. The free door closing reaction game for iPhone, and the first built for iPhone Duo. Everything on this page is free to use in coverage of the game: the fact sheet, screenshots, key art and app preview videos.

ZIP, 240 MB. Every image below at full size, the app icon and all three app preview videos.

About the game

Someone is knocking. Peek through the door, read the caller, and decide in a split second: friend or foe? Close it on the burglar, the porch pirate and the raccoon. Never on grandma, the cookie scouts or the pizza courier.

Who's at the Door? is a pure reflex duel. Your score is your FLINCH time: how fast you shut out the villains, measured in milliseconds. Fifteen friends and six frauds step into the doorway, and telling them apart is the whole game. Let a villain linger and they pounce; flinch at a friend and the round is lost.

It is the first game built for iPhone Duo: the wall and doorway stretch across both screens, with callers stepping out onto the street beyond. It plays just as well on every regular iPhone.

Press release

Who's at the Door? turns your iPhone Duo into a doorway

A free knock knock reaction game where every caller is a gamble: shut out the villains in milliseconds, but never flinch at grandma.

Independent developer Stefan Van Damme today released Who's at the Door?, a free reaction game for iPhone and the first game designed for the foldable iPhone Duo, available now on the App Store.

The door cracks open and a caller steps into the doorway. Players have a split second to decide: friend or foe? Tap to close the door on the burglar, the porch pirate, the missionaries, the wino, the raccoon and a UFO alien. But flinch at cookie Carol, grandma, the cookie scouts, the firefighter or the pizza courier and the round is lost. The score is the player's FLINCH time, measured in milliseconds.

On iPhone Duo, unfolding stretches the wall and doorway across both screens, revealing each caller waiting at your door. A daily seeded challenge, Flinch Three, gives every player the same callers and pounce timings, with rule twists like Quick Draw and Rogues' Day. Game Center leaderboards track the fastest flinches worldwide, and seasonal themes dress the doorway for Halloween and Christmas.

Who's at the Door? is free on the App Store for iPhone and iPhone Duo, supported by a small banner and the occasional interstitial. One optional purchase removes ads forever.
