It shows me each time I open Google Chrome those 1 new tab (welcome page)
When you install for the first time the Finance Toolbar Google Chrome extension, it shows you only 1x the 'Welcome'. And the Google Chrome extension saves this information in a new setting, that you saw already that one page.
One of the reasons is that there is a Google Chrome extension installed on your Google Chrome web browser, that is not compatible with our Finance Toolbar Opera extension. And try to remove always your settings. You can solve this very easy on your Opera web browser by following the steps here below:
1. Install the Finance Toolbar Google Chrome extension back by clicking on the button here below.

3. And disable the Google Chrome extensions you are using one by one except
Finance Toolbar
note: The Finance Toolbar Google Chrome extension settings are always synced with your personal Google account, so whenever you login in a new Google Chrome browser. You get your user settings in that new web browser. And it does not show the welcome page again.

The stock values is always empty. Solution!
It supports only the stocks from IE Trading. If it the stock value is empty then it is not on the list yet (such as the stocks from Canada, UK or India). You can report it to IEX Trading support.
