I can not close the full screen mode with the Esc key doesn't work (or another shortcut that is visible in the 5 seconds popup menu)
When you enter the full screen mode, the web browser show you a mini message on how to exit this mode. Mostly it is the "Esc" key or another key (for Windows, Linux and Mac users). But you can always close the Full Screen mode if you click back on the "Full Screen" Safari extension.

Just follow the steps here below to get back the Full Screen Safari extension:
- 1. Install the Full Screen Safari extension back in your Safari web browser.

- 2. Restart your web browser.
- 3. And click on the black Full Screen icon in your toolbar.
It just suddenly stopped working / It doesn't response to my click action.
Sorry you have had this bad experience! It is possible that another Chrome extension or Safari web browser version broke this feature. Make sure the latest Full Screen Safari extension is installed in your Safari web browser, you can get it by clicking on the button here below.

Here few other important things you can check to solve this problem:
- + Check that you are using the latest version of your Safari web browser.
- + Do you use any other Safari extensions in the background? Try to disable those one by one except the Full Screen Safari extension.
- + Check that you are using no experimental flags, or better know as about://flags.
- + Try to delete your cookies and cache files. And restart your Safari web browser.

It shows me each time I open Safari that "Welcome" page
When you install for the first time the Full Screen Safari extension, it shows you only 1x the 'Welcome' page. And the Firefox extension saves this information in a new setting, that you saw already those two pages.

One of the reasons is that there is a Safari extension installed on your Firefox web browser, that is not compatible with our Full Screen Firefox extension. And try to remove always your settings. You can solve this very easy on your Firefox web browser by following the steps here below:
- 1. Install the Full Screen Chrome extension back by clicking on the button here below.

- 2. Open this page in your Firefox web browser:
  chrome://extensions/
- 3. And disable the Firefox extensions you are using one by one except Full Screen
note: The Full Screen Safari extension settings are always sync with your Safari account, so whenever you login in a new Firefox browser. You get your user settings in that new web browser. And it does not show the welcome page again.
