  • It is possible that some website stil using iframe elements in his website such as Google Doc. However, there is a solution to fix this problem. This by changing the Zoom engine in the Zoom Chrome extension Options page, from "web CSS zoom" (stylsheet) to the "built-in browser zoom" engine.

    Just follow the steps here below to change the zoom engine:
    1. Install the Zoom Chrome extension back in your Chrome web browser

    2. First, click right on the Z icon in your browser toolbar
    3. Select from the context menu the item "Options"
    4. You see the Zoom Chrome extension Options page show up
    5. Scroll a bit down until you see the topic "Zoom Engine", and enable the first radio button
    6. And at last restart your web browser

    What is the different from CSS and built-in zoom? The CSS zoom is more smoother in zooming in and out of a web page.

  • When you install for the first time the Zoom Chrome extension, it shows you only 1x the 'Welcome' page. And the Chrome extension saves this information in a new setting, that you saw already those two pages.

    One of the reasons is that there is a Chrome extension installed on your Chrome web browser, that is not compatible with our Zoom Chrome extension. And try to remove always your settings. You can solve this very easy on your Chrome web browser by following the steps here below: note: The Zoom Chrome extension settings are always sync with your Google account, so whenever you login in a new Chrome browser. You get your user settings in that new web browser. And it does not show the welcome page again.
