I don't see the "File", "Edit", "Window", etc items here in my web browser.
You can get this option. Check you are using in the Proper Menubar Browser extension v1.2 or higher. And in the Proper Menubar Options page you can enable this menu bar type.

You can install the Proper Menubar Chrome extension back by following the steps here below:
1. Install the Proper Menubar Chrome extension back in your Chrome web browser

2. And at last restart your web browser

It shows me each time I open Google Chrome that "Welcome" page
When you install for the first time the Proper Menubar Chrome extension, it shows you only 1x the 'Welcome' page. And the Chrome extension saves this information in a new setting, that you saw already those two pages.

One of the reasons is that there is a Chrome extension installed on your Chrome web browser, that is not compatible with our Proper Menubar Chrome extension. And try to remove always your settings. You can solve this very easy on your Chrome web browser by following the steps here below:
- 1. Install the Proper Menubar Chrome extension back by clicking on the button here below.

- 2. Open this page in your Chrome web browser:
  chrome://extensions/
- 3. And disable the Chrome extensions you are using one by one except Proper Menubar
note: The Proper Menubar Chrome extension settings are always sync with your Google account, so whenever you login in a new Chrome browser. You get your user settings in that new web browser. And it does not show the welcome page again.
